Zillow has subleased 27,040 s/f of its space at Nomad Tower restaurant group Butler Hospitality.
JLL brokered the deal at the tower, owned Global Holdings Management Group. Butler expanded from 6,000 s/f at 30 Broad Street to lease the entire 10th floor at the tower at 1250 Broadway from sublandlord Zillow.
Butler was represented by JLL’s Matthew Astrachan, Kristen Morgan and Lance Yasinsky. Zillow was represented by Ed Wartels and Justin Halpern with Cushman & Wakefield.

Zillow leased 130,000 s/f at the 38-story property in 2018. It has a new lobby and amenities, including a two-story amphitheater with seating for nearly 100 people, vending machines, fitness center, bike ramp, messenger center, concierge services and a tenant-only amenity lounge with ping pong, pool and arcade games.
