Susan Greenfield, a top real estate agent at Brown Harris Stevens, was named World Vice President-Elect of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI).
An active member of FIABCI for 40 years, Greenfield has held several leadership positions including serving as the President of FIABCI-USA in 2017 as well as the president of the New York Council on three separate occasions.
Greenfield began her real estate career in 1971 and was soon ranked among the top three percent of all real estate professionals nationally in her company.
She spent a decade at Merrill Lynch Realty in the corporate HQ as VP of International Marketing & Sales for 480 Real Estate offices and 10,000 real estate agents across the USA.
In 1990, she began her own real estate company in Manhattan & Paris.
She merged her own international company with Brown Harris Stevens in 1996 where she has been a top producer ever since.

Kirsten Jordan, has rejoined Douglas Elliman following a stint at Compass.
Jordan brings over 13 years of real estate experience to her position at the firm’s 575 Madison Avenue office.
Since 2008, Jordan has brokered sales and rentals for Fortune 500 executives, Oscar-winning actors and influencers.
She has sold out three new developments in the city, for a total of $100 million in new development sales.
Prior to real estate, Jordan was an international sales manager at Design Bank, an Italian art licensing portfolio.
She graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a BA in Geography.

Douglas Elliman announced that Lydia Sussek and her team have joined the firm.
A respected leader in the field with over 35 years of luxury market experience, Sussek spent the last 14 years with Corcoran.
She and Tania Nasr will be working out of the brokerage’s flagship office located at 575 Madison Avenue in Manhattan, while Robert Stahlke is based in Madrid, Spain.
Sussek services top international luxury brands, and has worked with various celebrity clients, including musician Axl Rose and Italian soccer player Andrea Pirlo.
Prior to real estate, she ran her own luxury branding and design firms in Como, Italy, Los Angeles, CA and New York working with diplomats, celebrities, chefs and international executives in fashion, entertainment and other industries.

Compass announced that veteran Hamptons agent Yorgos Tsibirdis has joined the brokerage from Douglas Elliman.
Ranked the No. 1 East Hampton broker by his previous fir,. Tsibirdis is coming off one of this strongest years as the pandemic drove many New Yorkers to relocate.
During his career, Tsibirdis has sold over $400 million worth of homes from the Hamptons to the Greek Islands.
Before joining Elliman in 2013, Tsibiridis was at Corcoran.
He embarked on his real estate career following nealry two decades in the finance sector.
Tsibirdis studied economics and math at Athens University in Greece and earned an MBA in finance from Columbia Business School.

The Corcoran Group announced that Miami market experts Eloy Carmenate and Mick Duchon have joined the firm.
The Carmenate/Duchon Team will be affiliated with Corcoran’s Miami Beach office and bring $179 million in active inventory to Corcoran.
With over 37 years of combined real estate experience, Carmenate and Duchon have sold over $2.5 billion in lifetime sales volume.

Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty announced that veteran realtor Steven Porcaro has joined the organization as the sales manager of its North Fork offices
Altogether, Porcaro will be managing close to 60 real estate advisors across Long Island’s North Fork, a region that is seeing tremendous activity as it gains favor as a year around community.
Earlier in his career, Porcaro spent the majority of 22 years working in New York City as an executive serving the operations of the Rockefellers and other wealthy families.

Elegran has hired Carolyn Sebba as Senior Managing Director of New Development Marketing.
Sebba is a veteran of the NYC real estate industry since 1989 who has closed more than $1 billion in real estate transactions.
She joins the firm from Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, where she served as Senior Vice President and Managing Director.
There, she was responsible for new business development and managing a wide range of projects, including collaborating on the marketing and sales of distinguished properties such as the first branded Baccarat Residences & Hotel; The Aman Residences atop the historic Crown Building; and The Belnord, one of the most distinguished conversions on the Upper West Side.

Compass announced the arrival of Maria Velazquez and Davina Arroyave.
The veteran Velazquez team specializes in selling luxury homes in New York City and Florida and routinely represents international buyers, working on everything from new developments to bulk investment sales.
Before Compass, Velazquez was an agent at Douglas Elliman.
A native of Colombia, she travels extensively throughout South America and is a certified sommelier and food connoisseur.
Arroyave began her real estate career at Citi Habitats before moving the Elliman in 2016.
