Foundry Commercial has signed seven leases recently at the upscale mixed use shopping destination. Newly signed tenants include a boutique, an art gallery, an international real estate firm, furniture and interior design services, gifts and accessories, athletics, and specialty apparel. The property is leased and managed by Foundry Commercial, a full-service real estate services and investment firm with offices across the Sun Belt.
Recently signed new leases at Morrison include:
- Anne Neilson Fine Art* – a Charlotte-based art gallery dedicated to illuminating the work of emerging and established artists showcasing a variety of styles and mediums.
- Bit By Seoul – a Korean BBQ, Bao Buns & Bar, a new concept by the Seoul Food Meat Company creators in South End
- Club Champion – the nation’s top custom golf club fitter and builder
- Las Olas – offering premier swimwear
- Maison by Kim Mauney – a curated space for furniture, home decor goods, and design consultation
- Naturepedic – organic mattresses and bedding
- Sotheby’s International Realty – a luxury residential real estate brokerage firm. At 5,200 sf, this location will serve as the company’s regional headquarters.
*Anne Neilson Fine Art is moving across the round-about to an alternative space within Morrison but has already been a tenant in the shopping plaza for the past five years.
All anticipate opening before summer.
