Manhattan Skyline Management Corp. announced a new long-term retail lease with Shiki Omakase at 71 W. Houston Street, a prime location where SoHo intersects with Greenwich Village.
A new venture led by chef duo En Lin and Jackie Zheng, Shiki Omakase specializes in the popular form of Japanese fare where each diner leaves it up to the chef to choose the meal’s ingredients and curated menu of specialty dishes. Named for the Japanese translation of “four seasons,” the newly-opened restaurant occupies a 500 s/f space accented by 13 ft. ceilings and 25 feet of store frontage on the SoHo side of West Houston.

The deal with Shiki Omakase follows a lease with Elvis + Elvin, a luxury beauty brand that opened its flagship location next door at Manhattan Skyline’s 73 W. Houston Street last year.
