SRS Distribution Inc., one of the largest and fastest-growing distributors of exterior building products and outdoor living products in the United States has teamed with JLL to support SRS’ real estate growth.
JLL will serve as a strategic real estate partner, providing tenant representation services across SRS’ portfolio and offering extensive BI analytics and technology as SRS expands strategically to provide delivery and distribution hubs close to customers.
JLL’s Integrated Portfolio Service team, led by Torey Piccini, senior vice president, Drew Saunders, executive managing director, and Sarah Pickup, transaction manager, will lead the partnership and coordinate services from across the JLL platform, including transaction management, project and development services, and business and economic incentives. The vertically integrated approach will allow the IPS team to provide SRS Distribution with a scalable, comprehensive real estate solution that is aligned with its long-term business objectives.
