Daisies Burgers, a community burger restaurant, has opened a 1,165 s/f location at 516 Hudson Street in the West Village for its first location.
“As the food and beverage segment continues to evolve, the burger category – although extremely competitive – felt to us that it lacked the same evolution. We strongly believe the ‘better for you’ movement is here to stay, yet so is the nostalgia of eating a burger,” said Joe Pantano, co-founder of Daisies Burgers. “We set out to bring those two worlds together with thoughtful design, honest sourcing, and a great tasting product.”
Daisies Burgers was founded with the intent to offer the healthiest burger option for people, the community, and the planet. Its burgers are made-to-order with 100 percent natural fresh ingredients sourced from local artisans and growers who champion holistic, humane, and environmental principles.
Daisies Burgers signed a lease for the location earlier this summer. The real estate transaction was managed by the Katz & Associates brokerage. Ian Lester, Esq. and David Berlyne, Esq. of Lester Bleckner & Shaw LLP were the legal representation for Daisies Burgers, while landlord O.L. Realty Corp was represented by Joshua Butnik, Esq. of Butnick & Levenson LLP.
