Fisher Brothers announced that Jennison Associates, an asset management firm with over $224 billion in assets under management, has signed a 15-year, 120,809 s/f lease across four floors of Midtown Manhattan’s Park Avenue Plaza.
Currently located at 237 Park Avenue, Jennison Associates will take over the new space in 2023, which will allow time to build out the space for expected occupancy in late 2024/early 2025.
