Brooklyn-based coffee roaster Devoción has leased a new
space in DUMBO.
CIM Group and LIVWRK, co-developers of Front & York, the
Morris Adjmi-designed condo development at 10 Jay Street, announced the growing
local chain has signed a lease for a 1,400 s/f ground-floor retail space at the
corner of Jay and York streets. The new café located along the 30 ft. wide tree-lined sidewalk will open in spring

The Front & York location is Devoción’s first outpost in
DUMBO and only the fourth location in New York City, joining stores in
Williamsburg, Downtown Brooklyn and Manhattan’s Flatiron district.
Daniyel Cohen, Steven Baker and Michael Shkreli of Winick Realty Group represented both parties in the transaction.
Built on a former parking lot, Front & York is bring 408 one- to four bedroom condominiums to market within a development that surrounds one of the city’s largest private parks. The building will also be home to New York City’s largest Life Time fitness and wellness destination. With initial occupancy slated for later this year, condo pricing starts at $950,000.
