Developers, SK Development, and Ironstate which developed the boutique building
with architecture by Robert A.M. Stern, the buyer has acquired the duplex
penthouse across the 17th and 18th floors and

The developer did not reveal the sale price, but the combined
list price for the two residences was $27.85 million.
Sales at 1228 Madison Avenue launched in mid-November and
the triplex penthouse went into contract just before hitting the market.
